Our client, an industry leader in recycling and waste management, is seeking several dedicated Production Helpers to join their team.  As a Production Helper, you will be an essential part of the recycling operations supporting sorting, debris removal, traffic direction, and general helper duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helpers- Entry Level

Location: Kingston, NY

Pay Range: $16.00/hr

Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 7am to 3:00pm, with potential additional days or half days in summer months
 

What's the Job?

Entry Level Position - Will Train! Sort recycled items such as cans, glass, and plastic bottles from conveyor lines Assist with debris removal, trash pickup, and maintaining a clean work environment Direct traffic and support general helper duties as needed Stand throughout the shift and perform reaching, bending, and squatting activities Follow safety protocols by wearing provided PPE including work gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, hard hat, and safety vest

What's Needed?

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive reaching and bending Own reliable transportation to the work site Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help where needed No prior experience required; training will be provided Must punch in/out daily on the time clock and enter hours into Peoplenet
