As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $15 - $15.30

Shift: First, Second, Third

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following standard work procedures Assist with the physical loading and unloading of materials in a productive manner Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety policies and promote good safety practices among team members

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
