We’re looking for a Production Helper to join our team in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role involves supporting production operations, handling materials, and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor.
ResponsibilitiesHandle materials and operate machineryPackage and label finished products, preparing them for shipmentAssist with setup and operation of automated production equipment that applies weatherizing solutions to large paper rolls used in concrete form wrappingPerform general shop cleanup and provide support as neededOperate forklifts to move materials safelyQualificationsManufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learnPrevious forklift operation experience is highly preferredEnvironment & ShiftsIndustrial manufacturing setting with heavy machineryPPE required: safety shoes, hard hats, earplugs, and safety glassesRotating shifts every 8 weeks:Day: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PMSwing: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PMNight: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AMWhat We OfferWe’re looking for long-term team members and provide excellent benefits upon direct hire, including:
