As a Production Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting our production team by helping material handlers spot material, banding material as it is finished, and storing and stacking materials according to company standards. You will also assemble wooden pallets to contain products as needed, decan coils per work instruction, transport decanned coils to the production line, and handle the dumping of scrap and trash. Operating RF scanners and other hand-held devices will be part of your daily tasks.

Work EnvironmentThe employee primarily works in a plant environment, requiring the use of personal protective equipment such as safety hats, safety shoes, safety uniforms (long sleeve work shirts and work pants), and gloves. The work environment includes typical plant hazards such as noise, heat, dust, moving machine parts, forklift traffic, electrical circuits, overhead cranes, and varying lighting conditions typical of a metal processing facility.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
