Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Technician to support the production of blue cheese in a food-grade facility. This role involves hands-on work in various stages of the cheese-making process, including ingredient preparation, cutting, wrapping, packaging, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a cool, damp environment and is flexible in supporting both production and warehouse operations.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a food-grade environment that may be chilly and damp. Requires standing for extended periods and handling materials manually. May involve lifting up to 50 lbs and operating basic machinery. The position operates on the 1st Shift from 7am to 3:30pm. Candidates can expect to assist in various departments including Production Teams, Packaging Department, and Shipping and Receiving.
