Production Frontline Manager

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for Supervising staff; organising and monitoring work flow. Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process, implementing cost reductions; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points Manage team to complete production plan, reporting results of the processing flow and analyse production/process performance records and data. Maintain quality service levels & operation of equipment in a safe and clean work environment. Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control and budgetary requirements; implementing change. Train and develop employees across your team, driving continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory/managerial/coaching role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Ability to plan, coordinate, manage and develop a team of employees to achieve agreed goals and objectives, and develop technical capability across the team with process improvement. Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust, cooperation, and support across the production environment.
