First Line Leader - Cyrel

Cyrel® Manufacturing Operations is looking for a First Line Leader at our site in Parlin, NJ.
The First Line Leader is a leadership role is focused on building fully engaged and competent teams that deliver results in line with the shift performance goals in a safe and efficient way. The First Line Leader rotates with the designated shift(s) and will be required to support additional shifts and activities (meetings, training, etc.) by coming in early and staying late to support the Cyrel® manufacturing operations.
This is a rotational shift position (24x7) to include all shifts and a 6 on, 2 off schedule.

Qualifications:
People leadership and supervising experience leading teams of 10+ per shift is preferred.5+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, military, or similar setting Core competencies include effective verbal and written communication skills, teaming skills, listening skills, ability to organize and retrieve information, and to handle people tactfully and effectively in situations involving various educational and employment levels.Proficient in the use computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, TrackSys, etc.Must be able to learn and effectively use local plant business quality systems.Highly motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.Process Safety Management and Lock Out & Tag Out experience is preferred.Must be flexible to adapt to changing and varying work requirements.High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. The Pay range for this role is $74,060.00 - $116,380.00 Annual
