Our client, a well-established food manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Filler Operator to join their team. As a Production Filler Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Filler Operator

Location: Eugene, OR

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour

Shift: Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm; Swing Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

What's the Job?

Operate product filling equipment in a food production environment Perform basic batching/mixing and CIP (clean-in-place) processes Support production lines with case packing and palletizing Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation standards every day Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

Experience or familiarity with food manufacturing or production Understanding of food safety & quality standards Hands-on, reliable, and works well in a team Clear communicator who follows procedures and takes initiative Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
