This position focuses on operating and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment, performing routine calibrations, and troubleshooting equipment and process issues.  Responsibilities• Operate, monitor, calibrate, and set up production equipment to maintain stable operations
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical, electrical, and software-related repairs
• Support engineers with root cause analysis, failure mode documentation, and process improvements
• Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, failures, and maintenance actions
• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom standards while supporting production teams Qualifications and Requirements• Vocational Certificate or Associate Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience in equipment operation or troubleshooting
• Experience with automated machinery, sensors, pneumatics, or robotic systems preferred
• Familiarity with microscopes, soldering, hand tools, and measurement instruments
• Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry); PLC, programming, or CAD experience is a plus Benefits and Perks• Pay rate of $18.00–$24.66 per hour
