This Position reports to:
Operation Manager
Your role and responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to lead a function focused on the optimization of the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment. Each day, you will ensure that the production process aligns with the project targets, approves the design, both for internal or external development processes and performs the final test in accordance with the project’s data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring the efficiency of all external production processes.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Defining production costs and the sequence of the working phases of a new production process to minimize cost and maximize quality.
Developing and proposing the estimated budget of investments necessary for the development of new products and processes.
Supporting the Supply Chain Management department in selecting suppliers, evaluating the technology and capacity, and determining the best option.
Cooperating with international teams in the optimization of technical standards and supporting engineers in the definition or configuration of new design rules.
Qualifications for the role
Several years of experience in the field of industrial engineering or continuous improvement.
Experience with large R&D and industrialization projects, knowledge in simultaneous engineering is desirable.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and familiarity with tools like SAP, Creo and Windchill.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach.
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
