Job Description Summary

The Production Design Specialist oversees daily queue management, supports complex deliverable creation, and ensures timely service delivery to brokers. They collaborate across teams, drive process improvements, and motivate team members.

Job Description

Responsibilities:Manage daily queue strategy: Proactively plan coverage for volume surges and team absences. Serve as escalation point: Assist team members, brokers, and market operations. Assist PD management team with market relationships.  Promote collaboration: Facilitate teamwork across geographies. Motivate team daily: Ensure successful execution against SLAs. Coach/mentor/train other team members.  Lead continuous improvement: Enhance workflows efficiently. 

General-

Understand the principles and elements of Cushman & Wakefield’s brand standards and template structure to effectively support Brokers in development of Marketing materialsBuild and manage relationships with Brokers, Broker Admins, other Cushman & Wakefield support functionsCultivate and maintain an excellent broker experienceCover multiple offices within assigned market / regionMonitor active requests to address roadblocks promptlyBased on a request from a Broker, autonomously create marketing deliverables, within applicable tier thresholdServe as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on tools and delivery expectations to more junior staff Collaborate and align weekly with Production Design peers to share best practices, proactively resolve issues, and identify ways to continuously improve the broker experience Lead “internal” projects & assignments, including implementation of process improvements and other change exercises Contribute to Production Design knowledge management and maintenance of standard operating procedure, best practice, and policy documentation Provide solutions to routine/complex problems  

 

Marketing Skillset-

Add a consultative lens to conversations with brokerage professionals as they request marketing materials Provide marketing support to local brokerage professionals marketing efforts as it pertains to new business pursuits and promotion of property listings for lease and sale, within applicable tier thresholds Collaborate in the creation and editing of templatized marketing materials – examples include presentations, proposals, property marketing deliverables – primarily working in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint Assist with drafting proposal responses and pitch materials to include to include text, charts and graphics Understand the principles and elements our Cushman & Wakefield’s brand standards and template structure to both effectively utilize and to assist in supporting, and train as needed, other broker support staff in highest and best use  Serve as representative of Production Design, ensuring partners and teams are aware of existing and new tools, materials and best practices, and are aware of any marketing-related announcements that may impact the way the serve our customers 

  

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business is preferred3+ years of relative marketing experience within the Commercial Real Estate IndustryRelevant Technologies – Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365 Suite, Salesforce, Asana Visual and Graphic Design Project Management Communication  Organization Attention to Detail Experience in Real Estate Industry (Required)

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $63,750.00 - $75,000.00
