The Production Coordinator is responsible for undertaking various administrative and office duties that enable the manufacturing team to concentrate on fabrication. This role demands proficiency in basic computer skills, effective time management, and a solid understanding of manufacturing principles.
ResponsibilitiesReview scheduled jobs and prioritize job packets for printing.Print production orders from the priority list using SAP.Pull and print drawings from the database for production orders.Prepare job packets with production orders and drawings, and place them in job sleeves.Maintain a supply of job sleeves and order them in a timely manner.Perform other related duties as assigned.Collaborate with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety employees to ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards.Comply with environmental and safety policies and regulations, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times.Essential SkillsProficiency in production and ERP systemsStrong data entry skillsGood communication skillsExperience with SAP software and MRP/ERP systemsAdditional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with 5S manufacturing proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and SmartsheetsWhy Work Here?Join a dynamic team that values quality, safety, and operational excellence.
