ABOUT THE ROLE &TEAM: TelevisaUnivision seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to oversee and support the planning, scheduling, and execution of production operations. This role acts as a key liaison between departments, ensuring timelines, resources, and communication stay on track throughout the production process. YOUR DAY-DAY: + Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and deliverables + Serve as a central point of communication between production teams and vendors + Track production expenses + Prepare and maintain production reports, call sheets, and documentation + Assist with logistics, including staffing, equipment, and materials + Monitor production progress and flag potential issues proactively + Support with administrative and operational tasks YOU HAVE: + 2+ years of experience in a production or coordination role preferred + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities + Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and production software + Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills + Ability to lift and move equipment (50lbs) + Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, documents) + Collaborative, deadline-driven work environment + May require extended hours, evenings, or weekends during peak production periods. + Unrestricted USA work authotization TelevisaUnivision is an equal opportunity employer.
