Production Control Clerk
Job Title: Production Control Support SpecialistJob Description This position provides the essential clerical support necessary to enhance the efficiency and operations of the Production Control Department. Responsibilities + Control the receipt, duplication, and filing of shop travelers, drawings, procedures, and other documents dispersed to the Manufacturing Departments. + Maintain accountability for all issued manufacturing procedures and documents. + Issue and recall manufacturing procedures, drawings, and routings throughout the shop. + Coordinate usage of shared computer programs effectively. + Organize timely reproduction of necessary documents to support production control meetings. + Purge document files and archive materials as required by procedures during order close-outs. + Provide additional administrative support to the Production Control function as needed. Essential Skills + Proven administrative skills with at least 1+ year of experience in an administrative role. + Familiarity with filing systems and computer programs. + Experience with ERP systems. + Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications such as WORD, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. + Ability to work collaboratively with others. Work Environment The role is based in a manufacturing facility where the candidate will primarily work in the office areas but may occasionally need to navigate through different parts of the facility. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a business casual dress code. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
