Our client, a food manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Clerk to join their team. As a Production Clerk, you will be part of the Operations & Production Department, supporting the Production, Sanitation, Shipping, and Receiving teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Production Clerk **Location:** Shirley, NY **Pay Range:** $19–$21 per hour **Duration:** Temp-to-hire **What’s the Job?** + Review employee hours and prepare daily time and labor reports. + Complete purchase orders and invoices through the Coupa system. + Coordinate temporary labor headcount and communicate with staffing agencies. + Prepare and file production and packaging documentation. + Print labels and next-day employee schedules to support production operations. **What’s Needed?** + **Fluency in Spanish required** + **1+ years of experience with data entry, payroll, or administrative support (Coupa experience a plus).** + Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies. + Comfort working in a production or manufacturing environment. + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. **What’s in it for me?** + Competitive pay between $19–$21 per hour. + Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM. + Opportunity to work with a growing manufacturing organization. + Hands-on experience supporting production and operations teams. + Potential for long-term employment and career growth.
