Responsibilities:
In this role, you will report directly to the RMT Program Manager and will be expected to perform as a leader providing deep technical contributions, and to and foster collaborative processes across various disciplines and stakeholders supporting the RMT program.
Perform independent engineering evaluations of technical and process problems impacting production and delivery of antenna systems.Conduct and support analyses to assist in the transfer of a new technology/products from R&D to manufacturing/production.Attend weekly meetings; Chair the Engineering Review Board (ERB), participate as member and contributor to Risk and Opportunity Board (ROMB), Program Control Board (PCB), Material Review Board (MRB) and Production Review Board (PRB)Continuously track progress of program actions; facilitate resolution of technical problems; and highlight unresolved issues that threaten planned production or program milestonesResearch production and product performance data to help evaluate or support Engineering Change Proposals, Task/Delivery Orders, Requests for Waivers or Deviations associated with current and next generation equipment, processes, and productsWitnesses significant program events, e.g. prove out of new processes, new equipment and testsTravel to attend meetings, conferences, demonstrations, installation and/or training in support of the program and CACI, as requiredDerive requirements through interactions with the project, program, and product teamsCollaborate with cross-disciplined teams of engineers to ensure designs are satisfying requirements, making trades when necessarySupport demonstrations/briefings as requiredAid program management in the development of estimates for technical work, to support the pricing and planning of efforts that address new requirements. Primary contributor in application of engineering principles to meet technical requirementsDevelop technical concepts, plan for implementation, monitor technical progress, design tests, assess performance data, and develop solutions to technical problemsAuthor, edit and contribute to production of technical reportsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related discipline and 8+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree and 4+ years, in systems engineering, integration and testExperience overseeing design and production of large aperture RF systemsDemonstrated experience providing end-to-end program integration support with consistent attention to detailDemonstrated strong initiative, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environmentExpertise in preemptively identifying sources of conflict among stakeholders and potential solutionsDemonstrated experience as being responsible for the technical aspects of a projectCapable of system conceptualization, system level requirements definition and system test and evaluationFamiliarity with probability, reliability, statistical analysis methods, sampling, test and evaluation techniques, data collection and applicable regulations and standardsExperience with requirements generation and requirements decompositionExperience with antenna system design to include Design-to-CostExperience integrating heterogenous subsystems together into full product solutionsUnderstanding of engineering at all phases of a product lifecycleActive TS/SCI -________________________________________________________________________________________

The proposed salary range for this position is:
