The Production Worker role involves assisting in the production process by catching parts, packing them, and ensuring an accurate count. You'll also be responsible for visually inspecting parts and performing secondary operations, such as drilling and deburring.Responsibilities:Assist in catching parts as they come out of the machinePack parts and ensure accurate part countsVisually inspect parts or check parts with gaugesPerform secondary operations on parts, including drilling and deburringMaintain safety and cleanliness in the production areaQualifications and Requirements:Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionallyStrong attention to detail and ability to learn how to use gauges such as micrometers and calipersAbility to perform basic math calculationsWillingness to float to other departments as neededPrevious production or manufacturing experience is a plusBenefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $17.00/hourMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsTraining & Career Growth Opportunities401(k) and Referral Bonus ProgramYour New Organization:
