Job Title: Production Associate - SwingsJob Description

We are seeking dedicated and flexible individuals to join our swing shift team from 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday. Successful candidates will initially complete a week of orientation on the day shift before transitioning to their designated schedule. This position plays a critical role in supporting our production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines and uphold our standards.

ResponsibilitiesPerform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.Work on assignments that are routine in nature under close supervision.Meet production metrics and assemble components accurately.Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations.Essential SkillsPrevious electronic manufacturing experience preferred, including through-hole or surface mount soldering.Basic computer skills, including ability to navigate programs, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience.Mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail.Willingness to work cooperatively in a team and adapt to changes in the work environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsA High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.One or more years of related experience is preferred.Ability to maintain a level temperament in a stressful environment.Good oral and written communication skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our manufacturing environment offers suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. Employees have the option to sit or stand during their 10-hour shift, though standing is required at times. The position involves light industrial and general assembly tasks, with a weight lifting limit of 10-15 lbs. Our schedules include swing shifts and modified D shifts, with detailed orientation provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
