**Job Title: Production Associate - Swings** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Production Associates for our swing shift team, which operates from 6pm to 6am, three days a week and the next week being four. Monday through Friday. Successful candidates will complete their first week of orientation on the day shift and will later transition to a modified night Shift, working every other Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6pm to 6am. Starting December 7th, the schedule will change to every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6pm to 6am. This role involves supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines, acquiring job skills, and learning company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. **Responsibilities** + Engage in testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. + Adhere to production standards and meet production goals. + Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations. + Complete assignments that are routine in nature under close supervision. + Participate in improvement initiatives and support work environment enhancements. + Share information, knowledge, and experience with co-workers proactively. **Essential Skills** + Assembly and soldering experience. + Mechanical aptitude and electronic assembly knowledge. + Proficiency with hand tools and reading blueprints. + Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook. + Great attitude and willingness to be flexible. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred. + One or more years of related experience preferred. + Ability to adapt to changes in work plans and priorities. + Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills. + Effective communication and attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** Join an exciting and growing national company that operates in dynamic industries such as space, medical, and defense. Employees have the option to sit or stand during their 10-hour shifts, though standing is required at times. The position involves light industrial and general assembly tasks, with minimal lifting of no more than 10-15 lbs. Employees must meet metrics for assembly, equating to tasks like manually connecting hoses. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
