**Job Title: Production Associate - PM Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to operate packaging machines and equipment efficiently. You will be responsible for manually loading materials into machines, operating mixing machines, and conducting changeovers of equipment in a colder environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate packaging machines and equipment.
+ Manually load materials into machines.
+ Operate mixing machines.
+ Perform equipment changeovers.
+ Work efficiently in a colder environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of general production experience.
+ 2+ years of machine operating experience.
+ Ability to consistently lift 40+ lbs.
+ Experience with GMP standards.
+ Capability to lift 50+ lbs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Forklift operation.
+ Mixing and blending experience.
+ Production operating skills.

**Work Environment**
The work schedule consists of PM shift hours from 4:30pm to 5am, following a 2-2-3 schedule. The work environment requires adherence to GMP standards, including wearing a hair net, beard net, smocks, steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and gloves in some areas. Regular lifting of 25-50 lbs is expected throughout the day.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
