**Job Title:** Production Associate – Material Puller **Location:** Kirkwood, MO **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM **Position Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Production Associate – Material Puller to join our team. This role supports manufacturing operations by pulling stock and specialty slabs, transporting materials, and assisting with production needs. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, keen attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. **Key Responsibilities** + Read and interpret production tickets to build pallet orders + Operate forklift to transport materials within the facility + Supply production areas from inventory + Perform visual inspections of slabs for defects + Support machine operators with material handling + Route doors through manufacturing as needed + Maintain a safe and organized work environment + Follow operational and safety SOPs + Perform other duties as assigned **Required Skills & Abilities** + Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" + Basic math skills + Comfortable using hand tools + Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced setting + Strong eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity + Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods + Experience reading and interpreting schedules and tickets + Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy + Reliable attendance and punctuality **Preferred Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent + 1–2 years of experience operating forklifts + Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
