**DESCRIPTION**
**Job Summary**
The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for operating machines and production equipment in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with direct guidance, contributing to the production of high-quality components using both manual and automated systems, including welding cells and robotic technologies.
**Key Responsibilities** **Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)**
+ Immediately stop work and report any major injury hazards.
+ Report all work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.
+ Comply with all HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
+ Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
+ Promote a culture of safety and interdependence.
+ Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
+ Minimize environmental impact through responsible work practices.
+ Participate in HSE training and initiatives.
**Quality**
+ Follow all standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
+ Raise issues to minimize cost and quality risks.
+ Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials.
+ Ensure adherence to product specifications and standards.
**Delivery**
+ Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products.
+ Meet production goals and maintain required cycle times.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine housekeeping and machine care.
+ Perform planned operator maintenance tasks.
+ Support equipment maintenance and repair efforts with peers and skilled trades.
**Teamwork**
+ Communicate effectively with team members and support staff.
+ Complete required training and personal development activities.
+ Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, and process efficiency.

**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Skills and Experience**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Prior welding experience preferred.
+ Hands-on experience with welding cells and robotic systems.
+ Familiarity with automation technologies.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
