Competitive pay at $17.00 per hour Full-time schedule: Monday through Saturday (Sunday plus one additional day off during the week) Shift timing: Start at 8:55 AM for daily standups, with work ending between 6 PM and 9 PM (may end earlier depending on workload) Remarkable experience working in a clean production environment What will you do? Work in a production room with an ambient temperature of 37 degrees Prepare fruits and vegetables using knives, peelers, and machinery Lift and handle finished product cans for drying, sealing, and packaging Seal and pack products in a professional and timely manner Maintain the cleanliness of the staging area and storage spaces Remove trash, maintain safety protocols, and promptly report incidents Safely and effectively handle repetitive tasks while contributing to team goals What do you bring? Ability to follow instructions, prioritize safety, and demonstrate attention to detail Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability skills Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75 lbs., and perform repetitive motions in a refrigerated environment Certification to operate industrial equipment (or willingness to certify with the Safety Manager) A high school diploma 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred Why choose us?
