Job Title: Production Associate - B/D ShiftJob Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team for the B and D night shifts. This role involves light industrial and general assembly tasks, where you will play a crucial part in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. ResponsibilitiesPerform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.Work on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations.Meet production standards and goals, and ensure adherence to quality policies and customer specifications.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in electronic manufacturing, either through-hole or surface mount soldering.Strong mechanical aptitude.Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate programs, use Excel for documentation, and experience with Outlook.Ability to operate hand tools and read blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsA high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.One or more years of related experience is preferred.Ability to adapt to changes in work plans and priorities.Willingness to support improvement initiatives and participate actively in improving the work environment.Ability to work cooperatively in a team and cross-functional teams.Maintaining a level temperament in a stressful environment and sharing information proactively.Open to learning and completing different tasks frequently.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a manufacturing setting with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. Shifts are 12 hours long, with B Shift working Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday from 6pm-6am, and D Shift working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday from 6pm-6am. The role requires the ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shift and involves lifting no more than 10-15 lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
