Job Title: Production Associate - B/D Shift
Pay: $17.60/hr.
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team on the B and D night shifts. This role is integral to supporting production manufacturing and meeting customer deadlines. The position involves acquiring job skills, learning company policies, and completing routine tasks under close supervision. Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of production standards and goals and will operate within established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.Complete routine tasks with detailed instructions under close supervision.Participate in testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.Assemble products by hand, adhering to production standards and goals.Lift up to 10-15 lbs during assembly tasks.Monitor work to ensure quality standards are met and eliminate scrap or rework.Maintain and improve work productivity and efficiency.Adapt to changes in work plans and priorities.Participate actively in improvement initiatives, such as 5S.Essential Skills
Basic computer skills, including navigating programs, Excel, and Outlook.Mechanical aptitude and flexibility to assist other departments.Strong attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to sit and stand during the shift.Attention to detail and good communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.One or more years of related experience is preferred.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Competent in required job knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.Willing to take on additional assignments and share information proactively.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing setting with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. The B Shift schedule will start on December 7th and includes working every other Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday from 6pm to 6am. Candidates will be required to sit or stand during their 10-hour shift, with standing being mandatory at times.
