Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description

We are hiring Production Team Members for all shifts at our Upper Sandusky location. Our glass cutting and bending lines will now operate 24/7, primarily on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Candidates must train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks. Shift hours are 6am-2pm (Mon-Fri), 2pm-10pm (Mon-Fri) with a $2/hour shift differential, and 10pm-6am (Sun-Thu) with a $2/hour shift differential. Regular overtime on weekends is expected.

Work Environment

This is a large, clean, and relatively quiet glass manufacturing/production plant of more than 200K square feet. The facility is non climate-controlled with some cooler areas and a lot of fans. The work environment is laid back, family-oriented, and offers a lot of autonomy. Equipment used includes robots, lears/ovens, furnaces, and conveyors. Departments include Production, Maintenance, Mold Shop, Warehouse, Quality, and Engineering.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34528.00 - $38688.00/yr.
