🏭 What You’ll DoOperate equipment to properly process and package finished productsLoad, unload, store, sample, and transfer raw materials & finished goodsComplete required in‑process tests and make adjustmentsKeep accurate logs, charts, and paperwork for your shiftLubricate equipment, perform minor repairs, and report mechanical issuesSanitize equipment and maintain a clean work environmentReview batch records for accuracy and completenessHandle materials safely under all OSHA & EPA requirementsCommunicate effectively with other team members and supervisorsParticipate in safety, quality, and productivity improvement projectsTrain new operators as neededAssist with overtime coverage (vacation, sick, training, etc.)Perform other duties as assigned

Some production areas require being clean shaven. Beard nets are NOT allowed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
