Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM + one 4‑hour weekday shift (40 hours total)

Job Description

We are seeking Production Technicians to support the manufacturing of specialized medical equipment used in hospitals and universities. In this role, you will assemble and package BioProcess containers (“chambers”) within a cleanroom environment, following strict quality and safety guidelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture, assemble, and package plastic “chambers” and related components in a cleanroom setting.Follow detailed blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly of finished goods.Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and all cleanroom protocols at all times.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Cleanroom Requirements

To maintain product safety and cleanliness, the following are not allowed in the cleanroom:

Daily gowning is required and includes:

Hair net and beard net (if applicable)MaskSafety glassesFull cleanroom jumpsuitProtective sleevesGlovesShoe coversWork EnvironmentClimate-controlled cleanroom facilityFast-paced production and assembly focusFull 12-hour shifts on weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun)One additional 4‑hour shift during the week to complete a 40-hour workweek

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
