Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
In this job, you’ll help package products safely and correctly. You’ll follow instructions, use good work habits, and make sure everything is packed the right way. Most of the work involves packing, stacking, lifting, and keeping machines stocked with materials.
Responsibilities
Set up machines with the right supplies like paper, boxes, and containers.
Help switch out materials quickly so the production line doesn’t slow down.
Check for bad or damaged products and remove anything that doesn’t meet quality standards.
Keep work moving for a small team of three or more people.
Stack products on pallets in the correct pattern.
Build boxes for products that need to be packed by hand.
Use metal detectors and x-ray machines when needed to check product safety.
Help teammates when the production line stops.
Look closely at product labels, seals, and packaging, and report or fix anything that’s wrong.
Fill out required paperwork.
Be part of improvement efforts to make the job faster and easier.
Be on time and at your station when you're supposed to.
Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to hot or cold climates, chemicals, noise, and vibration. The employee will occasionally encounter wet and humid conditions. The work involves frequent standing, stooping, and bending, with occasional squatting and climbing.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
