Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a backgroun in manufacturing or production. This role involves assembly, inspection, and use of various tools in a fast-paced environment.

Assemble sub-components of motorsPack parts for shippingPick items for productionComplete quality checksClean and prepare metal parts to eliminate oil used to prevent rust during shippingRead and follow detailed instructions

Essential Skills

Previous production experience within manufacturingAbility to stand for 8 hours a dayAbility to read a computer screenGood attendance and punctualityPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Quality or packing experienceExperience in electronic assemblyTenure with previous positions (6+ months)

Work Environment

This position is located in a state-of-the-art facility known for its efficiency and reliability. The production area is extremely clean, organized, and temperature-controlled. Employees work in teams of 8-20 people within various lines, and the environment is fast-paced yet supportive. The shift is from 7am-3:30pm, with optional overtime available. The facility is divided between manufacturing and production areas, with contractors working in different cells and performing various tasks as needed

This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
