Job Description
Join our team as a Production Operator, where you will be responsible for converting paint products from large drums into various sized bottles and containers. Utilizing specialized machinery, you will ensure accurate filling, labeling, and packaging of products for shipment, adhering to specific customer requests. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of production and ensuring the end product meets quality standards.
Responsibilities
Convert paint products from large drums to bottles and containers.Operate machinery to fill bottles accurately according to customer specifications.Label and package bottles neatly for shipment.Ensure order sheets match production output accurately.Add components to bags or boxes as required.Complete the packaging process for 200-400 bottles per day, depending on size and material.Clean and organize workstations at the end of each shift for a seamless transition to the next operator.Essential Skills

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, climate-controlled facility where you will perform tasks at designated stations. The shift runs Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts. Safety is prioritized with steel-toe shoes required and a no-smoke campus policy. The company ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures, and participates in 5S activities to maintain organization and safety.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
