Job Description

The Production Associate is responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring that all quality standards are met. This role is crucial in achieving daily production goals and maintaining a smooth workflow within the manufacturing process. The associate will handle tasks such as boxing, palletizing, lifting up to 35 lbs., sorting, and bagging products. Adherence to safety guidelines and efficient collaboration with the production team are key expectations.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

One year of production experience.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.Teamwork and effective communication skills.Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in production, forklift operation, general production, packaging, assembly, and inspection.

Work Environment

The work environment requires the ability to work with hay or grass, so no grass allergies are allowed. The schedule follows a Monday to Thursday pattern with 10-hour shifts. The first shift runs from 6 am to 4 pm, and the second shift from 4 pm to 2 am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.34 - $19.34/hr.
