We are seeking a detail-oriented team player to join our floral production team. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling stunning flower assortments that adhere to our high-quality standards. You will play a vital role in running flowers through an assembly line and assisting in the assembly of beautiful flower bouquets.
ResponsibilitiesNeatly place flowers on the production line while dry.Operate stem cutting machines to ensure flowers are cut to the correct length.Collaborate with team members to package cut flowers efficiently.Assemble flower bouquets with attention to detail.Follow instructions to ensure volume and order accuracy.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Perform basic counting and math to track orders.Visually inspect flowers and bouquets for quality and accuracy.Essential SkillsAbility to follow directions and work well in a team.Bilingual proficiency is required.Basic math and counting skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Reliability and willingness to work in a cool environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsEntry-level position with no prior experience required.Why Work Here?This is a family-owned company with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Work EnvironmentThe work environment is very clean and organized, with a fast-paced atmosphere. You will be working in a refrigerated warehouse with temperatures ranging from 34°F to 55°F. The facility is conveniently located near the commuter rail.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
