Job Title: Production AssociateJob Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced steel manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality production, efficient workflow, and safe operation of equipment throughout the facility.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with the manufacturing, processing, and handling of steel piling, pipe, and structural products.Load and unload steel materials, ensuring proper tagging, staging, and storage.Perform quality checks on materials, verifying measurements, specifications, and product integrity.Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily output goals.Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.Support machine operators and welders with material prep, staging, and workflow needs.Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production delays to supervisors promptly.Participate in daily safety meetings and follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.Essential SkillsProficiency with tape measures, hand tools, and power tools.Experience in field labor, farming, construction, fabrication, and mechanical assembly.Mechanically inclined with knowledge of steel manufacturing, steel pipe, and metalworking.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
