Join our client’s dynamic team as a Production Teammate! This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you'll contribute to assembling, producing, and ensuring the quality of products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.Perform assembly tasks and production duties according to established guidelines.Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.Follow safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Skills and Experience QUALIFICATIONSTo excel in this position, candidates should possess the following skills and abilities:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a team setting.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Capability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.Basic communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
