Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in powdered metal components, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting various operations within the production environment. Pay Range: $18.43 per hour
Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 am Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Operate manufacturing equipment such as powder pressing, sintering, vibratory deburring, CNC machining, and packaging machinery. Load powdered metal green parts onto sintering furnaces from compacting presses. Unload sintered parts and perform finishing processes including oil impregnation, dipping, and vibratory finishing. Finish pack powdered metal parts according to operation sheets and read operation routings. Use basic inspection equipment to ensure quality standards are met and maintain a clean, safe work environment.What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Basic mechanical ability; manufacturing experience preferred. Strong safety orientation, attention to detail, and a history of safe work performance.What's in it for me?
