Production Associate
**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** Join our dynamic aluminum fencing department as a Production Associate. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the high-quality standards expected by our customers. As a Production Associate, you will be integral in the production, inspection, and packaging processes. **Responsibilities** + Remove products from the extrusion or coating line. + Inspect products to ensure there are no defects and confirm they match specific orders. + Match products to orders and pack them according to customer specifications. + Load products onto skids and use protective materials to prevent damage during shipping. + Participate in basic light assembly of parts as needed. + Accurately count and verify that shipments are complete and accurate. + Assist in other departments as necessary. + Operate a hand jack to move empty and loaded skids. + Load and unload push carts, moving them to various production or staging areas. + Enter and remove items from inventory, requiring paper and computer documentation. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, assembly, inspection, and packing. + Ability to handle general production and labor tasks. + Competency in using hand tools and loading equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic packing and loading skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Why Work Here?** Our company prides itself on maintaining a clean, organized, and supportive work environment. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
