**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associates for various positions including Wire Bonding, Windowing, AC Test, and Final Inspection. These roles are essential to our production process and require working on the afternoon or night shifts. **Responsibilities** + Perform wire bonding tasks with precision and accuracy. + Conduct windowing processes requiring manual dexterity and microscope proficiency. + Execute AC testing with attention to detail and strict adherence to instructions. + Carry out final inspections, following pass/fail criteria with microscope assistance. **Essential Skills** + Attention to detail is crucial across all positions. + Ability to follow instructions meticulously. + Microscope skills are necessary for windowing and final inspection roles. + Basic problem-solving capabilities are required. + 1+ years of production experience, ideally with small parts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with SAP is an asset. + Previous clean room experience is beneficial. + Medium computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and SAP. + Quality inspection and troubleshooting experience. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where you can grow and develop your skills in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment. Employees are required to wear full protective clothing including a hairnet, veil, and full-body suit.
