**Job Title: Manual Pack Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Manual Pack Operator, you will play a key role in assembling and packaging products for shipment. You will work in an assembly line environment, packing final brick bags, instructions, and other components into boxes. This position requires standing for 12-hour shifts and working closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manually assemble boxes and pack final products for shipment.
+ Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
+ Operate production line machinery and ensure it is in good condition.
+ Monitor production line performance and ensure continuous flow.
+ Report any quality issues or failures promptly.
+ Support changeovers, quality inspections, and machine cleaning.
+ Collaborate effectively with peers to maintain communication and uphold company values.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in packaging, production, and assembly line tasks.
+ Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts.
+ Proficiency in quality control and assurance.
+ Experience in inventory management and machine operation.
+ 1-2 years in production or manufacturing environment.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colonial Heights, VA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15/hr.
