**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
This position involves working with advanced fuel systems, specifically manufacturing CNG fuel storage systems and tanks for trucks and big rigs. The role requires the ability to accurately interpret and prepare detailed work instructions and procedures while demonstrating proficiency in the use of assembly tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with filament winding operations, including resin application and tool maintenance.
+ Support rotomolding processes through material preparation and boss recovery tasks.
+ Perform tank labeling and foam dome installation with precision and care.
+ Assemble and package products to meet or exceed quality standards and delivery timelines.
+ Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items.
+ Clean and lubricate equipment.
+ Load and provide raw materials such as resin and paxon.
+ Support filament winding tasks such as resin squeezing, tool cleaning, and setting up floor mats.
+ Dispose of all scrap resin, fiber, and cardboards.
+ Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.
+ Work at various stations including Rotomold Operator, Trailer Assembler, Tube Bending, and Adapter, Volumetric, EOL Domes/Labels.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanically inclined with at least 1.5 years of machine operation or production/manufacturing experience.
+ Experience and proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to interpret visual instruction sheets or blueprints.
+ Knowledge of composite materials such as resin, epoxy, kevlar, pre-preg, fiberglass, and carbon fiber.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with a torque wrench is a plus.
+ Experience with visual instruction sheets or routers is beneficial but not mandatory.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a very clean, large manufacturing facility with multiple machines running, offering a comfortable setting that is not overly industrial. The position requires working 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, or 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with mandatory overtime that may include 12-hour days and Saturdays. Steel-toed boots are required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Forest, CA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
