Production Associate – B/D Night Shift

Pay: $17.60/hr

Location: Nampa, ID

What You’ll DoSupport production operations to meet customer deadlines.Perform routine tasks with clear instructions under close supervision.Participate in testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.Assemble products by hand, ensuring accuracy and quality.Lift up to 10–15 lbs during assembly tasks.Monitor work for quality standards and minimize scrap/rework.Contribute to productivity improvements and efficiency initiatives.Adapt to changing priorities and work plans.Engage in continuous improvement programs like 5S.What We’re Looking ForBasic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, navigating programs).Mechanical aptitude and flexibility to assist other departments.Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Ability to sit and stand throughout the shift.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.1+ year of related experience in production or manufacturing.Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.Proactive in sharing information and taking on additional assignments.Why Join Us?Competitive pay at $17.60/hr.Opportunities for skill development and career growth.Supportive team environment.Be part of a company that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
