**Production Associate** **Location:** Omaha, Nebraska **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 4x10 shifts + **1st Shift:** 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM - **$18.34/hr** + **2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM - **$19.34/hr** + **If desired:** Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts available (upon request) **Job description:** + Operate production equipment safely and efficiently + Assemble, sort, and bag products according to specifications + Box and palletize finished goods + Maintain quality standards throughout the production process + Follow written and verbal instructions in English + Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals + Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies + Minimum 1 year of production or manufacturing experience + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds + Must be able to work around hay or grass (no grass allergies) **Essential Skills** + Two years of production experience. + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. + Proficiency in working as part of a team and effective communication. + Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in forklift operation, packaging, assembly, and inspection. **Why Work Here?** Employees with perfect attendance over six months are entered into a drawing to receive bonuses of $10K, $5K, or $3K. Additionally, those with six months of perfect attendance receive $300. Opportunities for promotion to work coach or management roles are available, and employees can move to a direct position after three months. **Work Environment** The work environment requires the ability to work with hay or grass, so no grass allergies are permissible. The schedule includes four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with first shift running from 6 am to 4 pm and second shift from 4 pm to 2 am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.34 - $19.34/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
