**Job Title: Production** **Job Description** This role involves the shipment of goods, including picking, packing, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with RF scanners and the ability to walk or stand, lifting moderate to heavy materials throughout the day. Climbing ladders is also required. **Responsibilities** + Pick and pack goods for shipment. + Process orders efficiently and accurately. + Use RF scanners for inventory management. + Lift and move materials, ranging from 30-50 pounds, throughout the day. + Climb ladders up to 8 feet to retrieve items. **Essential Skills** + 3+ months of experience working in a warehouse or material handling role. + Experience with RF scanners or the ability to navigate web and Microsoft Office on a computer. + Physical ability to stoop, lift, and climb as required by the role. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with forklift and pallet jack traffic. + Familiarity with 5S systems is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a very casual and laid-back work environment with access to a full-size gym on site.
