Production Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Associate
**Location:** Hartford, CT
**Pay Range:** $17
**Shift:** 1st shift - 7am-5pm including Overtime
**What's the Job?**
+ Support the staging area, ensuring the cleanliness of the room and all raw product storage
+ Remove all empty boxes and trash to maintain a safe environment
+ Minimize the possibility of accidents by following safety protocols
+ Report any incidents or accidents immediately to the department manager
+ Operate industrial equipment safely after certification by the Safety Manager
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to read and understand English
+ Experience working in a cold environment (40-55 degrees)
+ Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
+ Steel toe boots required and listed at the top of your resume or in the chat feature
+ High school diploma or equivalent
