Production Associate
Job Title: Inspector

Job Description

This role involves inspecting parts as they come out of the powder coat in Plant 1. It requires attention to detail as it involves the inspection of parts and re-hanging them on racks. Additional duties include entering completed work orders into the computer system and collaborating with management to ensure smooth production flow.

Days: 6am - 2:30pm

Swing: 2:30pm-11:30pm

Responsibilities

Inspect parts post-powder coating for quality assurance.Re-hang inspected parts on racks.Enter completed work orders into the computer system.Work closely with management to maintain smooth production operations.Proficiency in racking, packaging, and general production.Experience in material handling and inspection.Strong documentation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable performing tedious tasks.High attention to safety and detail.Ability to multitask effectively.Capability to lift between 30-50 lbs as needed.Competence in reading and following basic work instructions.

Work Environment

The position is based in a metal plating company with 100 employees distributed across three plants. The industrial environment focuses on plating and coating metal parts. Conditions can be warm in the summer and cold in the winter in some departments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.65/hr.
