Production Associate
**Job Title: Production Associate** Job Description You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production process. You will be responsible for verifying pallet items, feeding cartons into machine beds, and maintaining operation flow. Your attention to detail will ensure that only high-quality products reach our customers. Responsibilities + Verify correct pallet items before feeding and gluing. + Feed cartons into the machine bed and maintain feed during operation. + Communicate with operators and forklift drivers to ensure a steady supply of die-cut cartons. + Stack cartons into cases from the conveyor. + Inspect cartons for quality and excess glue. + Clear jams from the machine line. + Verify pallet labels for accuracy. + Manually sort defective jobs. + Hand-pack cartons into corrugated cases. + Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Production and machine operation experience. + General labor skills. + Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. + Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Basic mechanical aptitude. + Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals. + Write routine reports and communicate effectively. + Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. + Perform basic arithmetic and interpret bar graphs. + Compute rates, ratios, and percentages. + Solve practical problems with limited standardization. Work Environment The facility operates 24/7 with approximately 160 employees, offering 12-hour shifts: 3 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off. The work environment is not climate-controlled, and you will need to stand for the duration of your shift while wearing steel toe boots. Safety is paramount, and we provide gloves, ear plugs, and safety glasses. Opportunities for overtime are available. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
