**Job Title: Production Associate** Job Description Join a Tier 1 automotive supplier dedicated to producing high-quality carpet components for major automotive brands. This is a hands-on position within a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety, consistency, and teamwork are paramount. Responsibilities + Operate and monitor machinery used in carpet production. + Load and unload carpet materials into ovens and stamping machines. + Work across various stations and production lines. + Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. + Ensure a clean and safe work environment. Essential Skills + Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift). + Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly. + Comfortable working in a warm environment. + Commitment to safety and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Preferred: 1 year of previous manufacturing experience (not required). + Experience with production line, machine operation, hand tools, packing, construction, general production, tape measure, inspection, and blueprint reading. Work Environment Work in a large, climate-controlled warehouse/production facility with temperatures sometimes reaching the 80s or 90s. The facility has a new carpet and glue smell; wearing long sleeves is encouraged to avoid skin irritation. Shifts include 1st shift from 5am to 3:30pm and 2nd shift from 4pm to 2:30am, Monday through Thursday, with occasional mandatory work on Fridays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EUDORA, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
