Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of production machinery and the quality of our products.

Mon-Thurs 6:30am-5:00pm ($18.55 - 2 openings left)

Mon-Thurs 5:00pm-3:30am ($20.05 - 6 openings left)

Overtime paying $27.75/hr.-$30.07/hr.

Responsibilities

Operate a tot stamping and wrapping machine to produce products efficiently.Achieve the required number of stamps per hour once fully trained, typically within two weeks.Maintain a fast-paced workflow to meet production targets.Utilize hand/eye coordination to ensure precision and quality in production tasks.

Essential Skills

Experience in production, assembly, and machine operation.Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical assembly.Ability to work on an assembly line and handle packaging tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.Requirement to wear closed-toed shoes for safety.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled, and involves manufacturing air freshening products, with a focus on urinal cakes. There are eight openings available, with two positions on the 1st shift from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, and six positions on the 2nd shift from 5:00 pm to 3:30 am. Safety is a priority, and appropriate footwear is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perrysburg, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $20.05/hr.
