**Job Title: Production Associate** Job Description As a Production Associate, you will work in both the Test Lab and Build Lab environments. In the Test Lab, you will be responsible for handling and repairing returned products. This includes scanning products, performing basic teardown tasks, entering information into the computer system, cleaning, and repackaging products. You will use visual aids to assist with task completion, which will vary depending on the product. In the Build Lab, you will test basic electrical connections, such as AC/DC plug-ins and breakers, and perform basic testing of radio frequency equipment using laptop applications and fiber connections. Responsibilities + Handle and repair returned products in the Test Lab. + Scan products and perform basic teardown and cleaning tasks. + Enter product information into the computer system. + Repackage products as needed. + Use visual aids to complete tasks. + Test electrical connections and radio frequency equipment in the Build Lab. + Perform fiber connection tests. Essential Skills + High computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Oracle. + Comfortable navigating and documenting in computer systems. + Use of hand tools, primarily screwdrivers. + Strong attention to detail for identifying damages. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in troubleshooting, quality inspection, mechanical and electronics repair. + Familiarity with hardware, cabling, and server racking. Why Work Here?
