Job Description
This role involves monitoring production runs and orders through molding machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area across Main Molding and Polycams.
ResponsibilitiesAttend up to five presses based on production schedules and manufacturing requirements.Check all molded products hourly for defects and report them to the Team Leader/Processor or Quality and Shift Supervisor if necessary.Grind runners and check cappers for runners; clean track, bowls, conveyors, and upright conveyor as needed.Hygrade product for defects and perform quality checks; complete labeling, ensure rejected and accepted product separation.Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.Operate and monitor grinders and presses to ensure products meet specifications, schedules, and deadlines.Keep the work area neat and orderly, ensuring walkways and aisles are clear.Perform general housekeeping duties like sweeping and trash removal.Frequently lift/move up to and including 35 lbs, with required motions including standing, walking, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching.Essential SkillsProduction and general labor experience.Heavy lifting capability.1 year experience in a similar role preferred.Plastic injection and manufacturing experience preferred.Machine operation skills.Proficiency with hand tools.Assembly skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsMay perform assembly and inspection functions.May undertake other duties according to skill and availability.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment on the manufacturing floor is characterized by teamwork and collaboration, safety and compliance, mixed reviews on management, challenging schedules, opportunities for growth, and a supportive culture. Scheduled shifts include 1st (6:42am to 3:12pm), 2nd (2:42pm to 11:12pm), and 3rd (10:42pm to 7:12am).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
